At The Christian Wave Media, LLC, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party print providers, including Printify.
Because each item is custom-made, shipping times may vary depending on production and destination.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
- Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Carrier issues
- Customs processing (international orders)
SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.
Important Requirements
- Shipping addresses must be written in Latin characters only
- Address Line 1: maximum 35 characters
- Address Line 2: maximum 30 characters
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct
We do not provide address validation services, and incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders:
- A phone number is required for delivery
- Additional customs information may be required depending on the destination
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
Failure to provide required information may result in:
- Shipping delays
- Order return or destruction by customs
COUNTRY-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Certain countries require additional information for delivery:
- Brazil: CPF tax number required
- Mexico: Tax ID (RFC/CURP), phone number, and email required
- Chile: RUN/RUT tax number required
- South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) required
- Venezuela: RIF number, phone number, and email required
Failure to provide required details may result in delivery failure.
PO BOX SHIPPING POLICY
- PO box delivery is only recommended within the United States
- Orders shipped to PO boxes outside the U.S. are at the customer’s risk
- Some shipping methods (such as express shipping) do not support PO box delivery
- Customers must ensure items will fit within their PO box dimensions
⚠️ We are not responsible for delivery issues related to PO box shipments.
ORDER DELIVERY & LIABILITY
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier:
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered, we are not able to guarantee replacement or refund.
FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders may be returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to claim delivery
- Missing required customs information
In such cases:
- A reshipment may require additional shipping fees, or
- A partial refund may be issued at our discretion
ADDRESS CHANGES
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
