Return & Refund Policy

At The Christian Wave, all products are made-to-order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

No Returns or Exchanges (Buyer Responsibility)

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Incorrect color selection
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product details, sizing charts, and order information before completing a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
Requests must be submitted via email at support@thechristianwave.com

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether an item qualifies as damaged or defective.

You are not required to return the damaged item unless explicitly requested.

If multiple items are affected, additional photo or video evidence showing all affected items may be required.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved claims may result in either a replacement product or a refund, at our discretion
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, where applicable
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions

Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

In cases of unsuccessful delivery:

A reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense, or
A partial refund may be issued at our discretion

Print Variations Disclaimer

Due to the nature of direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and production processes:

Slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches)
Minor color differences between digital mockups and physical products

are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Christian Wave Media, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first at support@thechristianwave.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.

Failure to do so may result in denial of future service.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
